Corporate Tools is searching for an Accounting Assistant to support the accounting department with various clerical tasks. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for a variety of tasks that include auditing client accounts, processing cancellation requests, handling credit card inquiries and disputes, and managing NSF check returns. Additionally, the role involves answering phone lines related to payment inquiries and providing comprehensive accounting support, which encompasses preparing invoices, managing receipts, and handling sensitive financial documents. This position is designed for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining integrity and discretion in handling financial information.
