The Accounting Associate position at Growth Lending is an entry-level role designed for individuals early in their finance careers. The role involves assisting with financial reporting, processing payments, and preparing management reports, while also liaising with investors and audit teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate reporting functions and supporting the US office expansion.
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting including data capturing and processing payments.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
- Liaise with investors, third-party suppliers, and audit teams to address queries.
- Support the team with overseas monthly investor reports and own the US reports.
- Assist with annual audits to ensure accurate reporting functions.
- Contribute to the integration of processes for the US office expansion.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a relevant field.
- Some experience in finance, preferably in an accounting role.
- Experience with accounting systems like Xero or similar platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills.
