About the position

The Accounting Clerical Position with QuickBooks Knowledge is a senior-level role focused on supporting the financial operations of the company. The position involves managing accounts payable and receivable, processing financial documents, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks knowledge and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Enter financial transactions into the accounting system accurately and on a timely manner.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Assist, as needed, with audits and other financial projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
