Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and verify employee travel claims.
- Create fiscal transactions using systems such as HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Research unresolved financial documents and respond to traveler/employee inquiries.
- Consult with supervisors to resolve complex transactions and present findings.
- Complete the majority of work during the first two weeks of each month, with potential reduced hours during the latter half.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of accounting or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong skills in data entry, financial analysis, report preparation, and customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective time management.
- High School Diploma is required.
