The successful candidate will report to the Controller and work in-office with eventual flexibility for some remote work. The Accounting Clerk will oversee and manage payroll using Paycom, process disbursements weekly, and administer accounts payable with a focus on automating processes for efficiency. Regular reconciliation of accounts will be required to ensure accuracy, along with handling invoice processing and ensuring timely payments. The role also involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records, monitoring customer accounts, and taking appropriate action as needed. The Accounting Clerk will resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally and will utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks and reports.
