About the position
The Accounting Clerk position at Styles Logistics Inc. offers an entry-level opportunity to learn the day-to-day processes of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable within the aerospace industry. Responsibilities
- Scan and digitally file invoices and documents.
- Receive and retrieve ACH remittance notices and match with supporting documentation.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on missing invoices.
- Input invoices for payment using proper costing and coding.
- Generate and email customer invoices.
- Conduct daily incoming credit card payment reconciliations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of administrative experience (required).
- 1 year of accounting experience (preferred).
- Computer proficiency including Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and professional with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
Nice-to-haves
- QuickBooks proficiency (preferred).
