Responsibilities

• Generate monthly billings and send invoices to clients.
• Review billing data for accuracy and coordinate with appropriate parties regarding any corrections or revisions.
• Work with the real estate team to coordinate billing for foreclosure and bankruptcy practice areas.
• Handle necessary follow-up communication with attorneys.
• Assist with research as necessary.
• Track and monitor billing requirements and milestones.
• Update and maintain client accounts.
• Keep accurate records and work with the Collections Specialist on outstanding balances.
• Track and reconcile incoming payments.
• Assist other accounting team members with additional projects as needed.
• Generate reports and utilize queries to collect and present information to attorneys and leadership teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
• 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in accounting support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and peers.
• Ability to work independently and manage a variety of tasks and changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products.
