About the position

Cyber One Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of financial data and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will perform various accounting tasks, including maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and assisting with payroll management.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with payroll management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
• Support technical accounting functions as needed, including tax preparation and reporting.
• Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks, to manage financial data effectively.
• Participate in budgeting processes by providing necessary financial information and insights.
• Maintain organized documentation of all financial transactions for easy retrieval and review.

Requirements

• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, particularly QuickBooks or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and payroll management practices.
• Experience with general ledger reconciliation and technical accounting principles.
• Knowledge of public accounting standards and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
