About the position

The Accounting Consultant / Business Systems Analyst role at Odoo focuses on driving the adoption of Odoo's ERP software among accounting firms. This hybrid position involves business development, training, and implementation of Odoo's solutions, aiming to transform accounting practices and enhance collaboration between firms and their clients. The consultant will be instrumental in building a dedicated team for accounting firms in North America, leveraging Odoo's technology to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance Odoo's reputation within the corporate accounting community.
• Analyze accounting firms and their clients' needs, designing tailored solutions and configuring workflows to streamline processes.
• Support the growth of Odoo's partner network, empowering accounting firms to become certified Odoo Experts.
• Demonstrate Odoo's capabilities through specialized knowledge and continuous training.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to convey customer and partner feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a Fiduciary/Accounting/CPA Firm managing accounting for multiple clients.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in software/ERP implementation, project management, or client consulting.
• Understanding of ERP software use cases.
