About the position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to oversee our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and a thorough understanding of financial management principles. The Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing payroll, and providing insightful forecasts to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and achievement of company's financial goals
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
• Manage the preparation of the company's quarterly financial goals
• Develop and measure KPIs through our CRM & QB Online for the company's financial and operational performance of divisions and departments
• Monitor banking activities for the company
• Assist with the company's different partnerships of financing for customers to finance different projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven experience in corporate accounting or financial management roles
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
