About the position

The Operations Coordinator at Arrow Senior Living is a full-time role focused on providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within a senior living community. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and residents, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and resident billing. The role emphasizes attention to detail, effective communication, and a positive attitude, contributing to the overall quality of life for residents and the operational success of the community.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming host for visitors, providing exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Answer questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees in person, via telephone, or by email.
  • Assist the administrative team with assigned tasks and ensure timely responses to phone calls and emails.
  • Track resident occupancy and ensure accurate resident billing, applying payments and credits correctly.

Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 12th grade proficiency.
  • Experience in handling bookkeeping and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google Docs.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude required.
  • Professional appearance and conduct are necessary.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared and in good health, verified by a health screening.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at the time of health screening.
