About the position

The Accounting Coordinator will play a crucial role in the Finance team of a well-established company in the medical technology sector. This position involves processing sales orders, issuing invoices, and ensuring efficient operations through collaboration with various internal departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review and verify new purchase agreements for completeness and adherence to company policies.
  • Accurately process sales orders in the ERP and CRM systems.
  • Perform weekly reconciliations between ERP and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and post sales-related expenses.
  • Process credit card payment requests, including occasional weekend work.
  • Monitor and follow up on special agreements and customer arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing monthly analysis reports for management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Finance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (BA/BS in accounting is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting-related functions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems and SalesForce.com is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
