About the position

The Revenue/Gross-to-Net Analyst - Brand at Tris Pharma, Inc. plays a crucial role in providing operational support to the Finance team. This position is responsible for leading the Brand Gross to Net function and ensuring the timely and accurate completion of financial closing activities in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The analyst will assist with sales reporting, gross to net analysis, and various finance activities to support departmental operations and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Brand gross-to-net financial close process including rate calculations and reserve adjustments.
• Perform analysis of sales, returns, Medicaid data, Managed Care data, chargebacks, wholesaler inventories & fees, and voucher programs.
• Prepare and post month-end accrual entries.
• Collaborate with commercial operations and key stakeholders on Brand Revenue reporting.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Brand Revenue schedules such as net sales reports.
• Reconcile Brand Fee for Service invoices and coordinate approval and credit memo issuance.
• Coordinate approval of Commercial invoices and payment processing.
• Assist with mandatory government reporting by providing data to external partners.
• Work with external auditors to provide required schedules and support for audits.
• Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.
• Support improvement of internal controls and efforts to automate processes.
• Maintain Brand GTN accrual table per contract terms and estimated GTN rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Brand gross to net sales analysis and calculations.
• Working knowledge of general accounting principles, practices, methods, and analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
