About the position

CASCO USA is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Washington, PA office as an Accounting & Financial Support team member. This full-time position is designed to support the accounting team while collaborating with various departments to enhance company growth, efficiency, and profitability through the effective use of the NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes, along with the ability to work independently on a diverse range of tasks. We value highly organized individuals with excellent communication skills, as these traits are essential for success in this role. The salary for this position will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist all departments with the use of the NetSuite platform
  • Leverage prior NetSuite experience to support the development of internal best practices
  • Set up new customer accounts
  • Review customer account activity and monitor customer accounts
  • Communicate with customers and vendors
  • Reconcile credit card transactions and assess for compliance with company policies
  • Interact with all departments to retrieve necessary documentation or information
  • Perform additional duties as needed

Nice-to-haves
