Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain and update customer credit records accurately
• Conduct account analysis to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities
• Conduct Audit - Financial to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Manage data entry tasks to maintain comprehensive and accurate financial data
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts and our financial processes.

Requirements

• A degree in accounting or related field is required
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proficiency in Account Analysis and Account Reconciliation
• Knowledge of Audit - Financial procedures
• Experience in Invoice Processing is mandatory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge in the field of accounting
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements in accounting.
