About the position

The Accounting Manager/Supervisor at Robert Half plays a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the organization. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the overall accounting functions within the organization.
• Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Accounting Software Systems.
• Supervise the preparation of the Annual Operating Budget and conduct regular budget reviews.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
• Handle the organization's auditing process and ensure that all financial information is properly audited.
• Manage the month-end close process and ensure all financial data is accurate.
• Oversee the payroll system and ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Monitor all financial activities within the organization for fiscal stability.
• Prepare and present financial updates and reports to the board in a clear and comprehensible manner.
• Coordinate meeting preparations and ensure all necessary financial documents are prepared beforehand.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
• Strong knowledge of Accounting Functions.
• Previous experience in Auditing is a must.
• Experience in preparing Annual Operating Budget.
• Experience in Meeting Preparation is expected.
• Ability to handle Annual Financial Reporting is necessary.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting is required.
• Experience in handling Month End Close is expected.
