About the position

AppleOne is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a Direct Hire position. The role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and financial reporting, with a focus on improving efficiency and supporting continued growth. The Accounting Manager will manage all accounts and ledgers in accordance with GAAP standards, develop and maintain financial controls and guidelines, and work with executive management to establish financial benchmarks and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Handle payroll and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare financial reports and status updates to improve efficiency.
• Manage all accounts and ledgers in compliance with GAAP standards.
• Develop and maintain financial control guidelines.
• Maximize payroll efficiency.
• Collaborate with executive management to establish financial benchmarks and budgets.
• Implement accounting policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as SAP, MAS90, Netsuite, and QuickBooks.
