The Accounting Manager position is a critical role within our finance department, located in Santa Ana, CA. This position is temp to hire, offering a competitive hourly wage ranging from $64 to $75, depending on experience. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and compliant with applicable regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to develop and implement effective financial policies and workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with the heads of finance to establish best practices and improve the efficiency of the accounting processes.
