Additionally, the role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining financial controls and guidelines, preparing both internal and external financial statements, and ensuring smooth transactional activities, including payroll, payables, receivables, debt payments, cash disbursements, accruals, and reconciliations. The Accounting Manager will also manage and reconcile the company's balance sheet and other general ledger accounts, track purchase orders, packing slips, invoices, and reconcile back orders and exceptions. Communication with the marketing department regarding collections and short pays is also a key responsibility, along with involvement in inventory reconciliation processes and tracking cash and debt. The role may include maintaining employee records and performing any other duties as assigned.
