About the position

Our client, a rapidly expanding SaaS provider, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex accounting functions, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. This role is critical in overseeing the financial closing procedures, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP. The Accounting Manager will also be responsible for ledger management and inventory accounting, collaborating with multiple business units and outside auditors, and coaching and guiding accounting team members. Additionally, the role involves performing impromptu examinations and managing unique assignments, as well as creating process flows utilizing data analysis software. Responsibilities

• Supervise periodic financial closing procedures
• Conduct variance analysis for financial statements
• Ensure prompt execution of closing processes and compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee ledger management and inventory accounting
• Partner with multiple business units and outside auditors
• Coach and guide accounting team members
• Perform impromptu examinations and manage unique assignments
• Create process flows utilizing data analysis software

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a Big 4 firm or high-growth tech company
• Proficient in U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups)

• Salary range of $110,000 - $125,000
