The Accounting Manager for our RHOME rental division is a pivotal role responsible for gathering, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information and accounting production queues. This position entails overseeing the daily activities of the Rental accounting department, ensuring that all financial operations align with corporate policies and procedures. The Accounting Manager will also be tasked with hiring, training, and coaching subordinates, fostering a productive and compliant work environment. This role is integral in guiding other departments, divisions, and branches by applying observations and recommendations to enhance their financial operations. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will participate in educational opportunities to update company information and advance the current financial model. In this capacity, the Accounting Manager will supervise the Rental accounting team, leveraging their accounting experience to create a support system that provides guidance, escalation resolution, and strategic design for the company's growth. The role requires a strong understanding of financial management, budgetary processes, and accounting principles, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
