About the position

The Accounting Manager will lead the Corporate Accounting function for a leading provider of materials and logistics solutions in the Oil & Gas and Sustainable Energy sectors. This role focuses on developing efficient processes and implementing strong internal controls to support the company's growth in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of the Corporate Accounting function.
• Design efficient, high-quality accounting processes.
• Implement strong internal controls to support organizational growth.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Oversee financial reporting and audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven accounting experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or Sustainable Energy.
• Professional accounting certification - CPA with public audit experience.
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and tax compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of IFRS is a plus.
