Responsibilities

  • Juggle accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries like a pro, ensuring everything's spot on.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in the funding and closing processes, using advanced financial software and tools.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with investors, addressing inquiries and providing detailed, data-driven updates.
  • Craft detailed daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
  • Keep a hawk's eye on banking transactions and monitor cash flow with a high degree of precision.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using advanced accounting software.
  • Lend your expertise to special financial projects and tasks as needed, proving your prowess in every endeavor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the lending or financial services industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Unmatched attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication style is direct and clear.
  • Master multitasker, capable of prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Integrity and professionalism are top-notch.
