About the position

Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Manager for a short-term project with a real estate client, located 100% on-site in Bay Harbor, Florida. The role focuses on streamlining accounting processes, particularly in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, while utilizing various accounting software systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Streamlining and improving the Accounts Payable (AP) process for efficiency.
• Utilizing accounting software systems to maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Implementing effective strategies to scale the business quickly.
• Optimizing AP within Yardi and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Handling auditing and billing functions to ensure financial accuracy.
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for processing customer applications.
• Leveraging BlackLine and Concur for financial operations management.
• Overseeing the accounts receivable (AR) process to ensure timely payments.
• Utilizing optimization skills to maximize the effectiveness of accounting functions.
• Working with the team to transform and clean up the accounting process.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services and Yardi software
• Familiarity with BlackLine software
• Proficiency in using Concur for expense management
• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions effectively
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Auditing skills
• Knowledge of Billing Functions
• Ability to contribute to process Optimization.
