About the position

We are in search of an Accounting Manager to join our team situated in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing various accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general accounting. You will also be tasked with providing detailed financial reports for executives and banks. This role demands a keen understanding of the accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee and manage general accounting operations, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will coordinate and execute payroll processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and accuracy in payments. Your responsibilities will also include handling invoicing, billing, receivables, and payables effectively, while monitoring and managing cash flow, project job costing, and the company's checking and AMEX corporate accounts. In addition, you will prepare comprehensive financial reports for executive management and banks, collaborating with the sales and operations team to ensure that financial objectives align with business goals. Utilizing accounting software systems such as QuickBooks Online, you will link it to Excel for more efficient processing and reporting. You will also conduct auditing and billing functions as required, ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records and processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities
