Responsibilities

• Manage all functions of accounting for Look East and their clients including company performance evaluation.
• Analyze budgets, financial reports, and additional data that supports business operations and growth.
• Ability to anticipate future business scenarios and issues.
• Oversee company technology including network infrastructure, internet, computer, and phone systems.
• Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
• Ensure compliance with required federal, state and local reporting and registration requirements.
• Handle confidential documents including the processing of company payroll.
• Manage contracts and agreements affecting company operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in managing human resources and IT functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
