We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's accounting functions.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
Manage relationships with external auditors and tax advisors.
Supervise accounting staff and provide leadership and guidance as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
CPA certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with Accounting software such as Oracle Netsuite or NetSuite.
Experience in Manufacturing or Food Manufacturing industry is a plus.
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
