About The Position
Tremco CPG is an aggressive, growth-oriented company with revenues exceeding $1 billion, recognized as a world leader in addressing complex waterproofing and roofing challenges for commercial, institutional, and industrial clients. The company is currently seeking an Accounting Manager for its Cleveland area operations. This role is pivotal in managing the general ledgers of Tremco CPG Inc.'s service businesses, which provide comprehensive roofing and general contracting services across the United States and Canada. Candidates for this position should have a robust understanding of US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions. The Accounting Manager will oversee critical business processes, including revenue recognition and related accounts, ensuring compliance with control activities and company policies. This position will also involve coaching and developing team members while providing effective financial oversight. Strong communication, technology, analytical, and management skills are essential for success in this role. The Accounting Manager will play a key role in recommending and developing enhanced policies, procedures, and systems improvements, and will participate in various special financial projects. This hybrid position reports directly to the Tremco CPG Group Controller.
