Responsibilities

• Coaching, mentoring, and leading direct reports to achieve corporate and personal goals.
• Hiring, training, and developing staff while conducting performance evaluations.
• Preparing accruals and detailed journal entries while ensuring accurate account reconciliations with the general ledger.
• Supporting the treasury function by tracking cash flow and performing bank reconciliations.
• Gathering data to create meaningful reports and analyses.
• Collaborating with Operations and third-party vendors to develop best practices for store revenue transactions.
• Implementing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Navigating compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement throughout accounting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Prior team or project leadership experience desired.
