About the position

The Accounting Manager will oversee the complete Month End Close process within the construction industry, managing key financial operations such as General Ledger maintenance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and product and labor costing. This role is critical for ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance, as well as providing support during auditing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Monthly Closing Procedures, including General Ledger Maintenance and Entry Adjustments
• Review and Interpret Financial Reports
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Assess and Monitor Liquidity
• Conduct Financial Planning and Projections
• Perform Product and Workforce Cost Analysis
• Execute Revenue Acknowledgment Protocols
• Provide Support During Auditing Processes

Requirements

• Proven track record in Construction accounting
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
• Minimum 7-10 years of relevant Accounting expertise
• Proficiency in complex Excel functions and operations
