Sun Eagle Corporation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial and administrative tasks that are crucial to the smooth operation of our business. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including accounts payable and receivable, billing, payroll processing, and tax reporting. The successful candidate will also be involved in job costing, managing subcontracts and change orders, and preparing monthly reports for our CPA. Additionally, the role requires performing bank reconciliations and tracking hours for OSHA compliance, as well as managing insurance audits and SDVOSB renewals. The candidate will also be responsible for Vets-100 reporting and ensuring employee participation in insurance and 401k programs. Preparing bid documents will also be a key part of this position, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
