About the position

The Accounting Manager will play a crucial role in the Finance team at Wiz, a rapidly growing startup focused on cloud security. This position involves overseeing the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and developing efficient financial processes. The role requires collaboration with external auditors and the preparation of tax reports for US and Canadian entities, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Take part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Provide periodical management reporting packages and reporting and analysis as needed internally and externally to our investors, auditors, etc.
• Develop and implement efficient financial processes to optimize the team's activities and provide quality services to our stakeholders.
• Prepare tax reports for the US and Canada entities, including tax filings and other necessary regulatory reporting.
• Work with the company's external auditors and other consultants during interim and annual audits and ongoing issues as needed.
• Support accounting and finance-related projects as needed.

Requirements

• CPA background
• 7+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as an Accounting Manager in a global high-tech organization in growth stage.
• Ability to work independently, proactive, fast learner, and self-motivated.
• Excellent Excel and Office skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global company, meet tight deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized and detail-oriented.
