Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma required; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and office management in a construction environment.
  • Experience working with clients in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with Certified Payroll and union-related requirements.
  • Solid computer skills with working knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Proactive and quick learner with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
