Candidates should possess advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software such as Great Plains is a plus. Responsibilities

  • Oversee general ledger maintenance and monthly financial statement preparation
  • Conduct financial analysis and assist in forecasting and strategic planning
  • Manage the audit process and ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and review financial statements
  • Approve accounts payable (A/P) and review bank reconciliations
  • Review all journal entries and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Lease accounting and revenue recognition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of Audit experience in Public Accounting
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to streamline processes
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
  • Able to work independently and take initiative without needing constant oversight
  • Advanced Excel skills are required
  • Great Plains is a plus
