Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
  • Develop and implement financial policies to maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and review financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Supervise the accounting team, delegate tasks, and ensure efficient workflow to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and ensure a smooth audit process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, monitor banking activities, and oversee cash disbursements and receipts.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial data.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Proficiency in managing Accounting Functions
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively
  • Knowledge and understanding of Accounting operations
  • Experience in preparing Financial Statement
  • Ability to generate and manage Cash Flow Reports
  • Proficiency in managing General Ledger
  • Experience in managing Payroll
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
