The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA license or EA designation, and experience at a CPA firm or in public accounting. You should be able to manage multiple clients and have a minimum of 1 year of accounting experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will work directly with firm leadership in onboarding new clients, understanding and assessing new client financial and accounting problems, and proposing potential solutions. You will outline necessary steps to complete monthly accounting close, build client relationships, and share insights via monthly calls. There is potential to supervise associate accountants in closing monthly financial results for new clients. Additionally, you will establish new client reporting, including dashboards and visualizations, to summarize client business performance and perform monthly accounting classification and reconciliations, including the implementation of any new finance and accounting technologies.
