The Accounting Operator position is a remote role designed for an ambitious professional looking to advance their career. The primary responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, posting costs accurately, and invoicing customers for billable services in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Process assigned vendor invoices timely and accurately, obtaining any required approvals.
• Accurately post costs.
• Timely and accurately invoice customers for billable services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of A/P or Billing experience.
• SAP experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact favorably with others and maintain positive relationships while resolving problems.
• Strong organizational skills to manage time and prioritize tasks based on impact and criticality of customer issues.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficient in PC skills, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Experienced in accounts payable and billing customers.
