Sanders Consulting Group is excited to offer a Full Time Payroll and Administrative position. In this unique role, you will oversee the payroll department as well as assist accounting with other data entry functions. Within the payroll department, you will be supporting 7 restaurants using our HRIS system (Paycom) for hiring, onboarding, expense reimbursement, training tracking, etc. You will also assist with Benefit administration. On the administrative side, you will be handling the office management, mail, digital record keeping, file management, etc. This position requires a detail-oriented team player who can work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. You will be expected to understand journal entries, debits, and credits, and have experience working with QuickBooks Desktop/Online. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll and administrative functions within the organization.
