About the position

The Accounting Specialist Editor role is designed for a passionate audit/accounting professional who is eager to contribute to the future of audit and accounting research and advisory services. This position involves creating industry-leading content, monitoring new developments in auditing and accounting, and leveraging advanced technologies to enhance content delivery. The ideal candidate will have a CPA license and extensive experience in consulting and advisory work, with a focus on transforming the advisory profession and supporting customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain comprehensive, value-added advisory and compliance content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on new audit and accounting developments.
  • Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for accounting professionals.
  • Manage relationships with industry experts and edit their contributions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on strategic programs related to AI and advisory solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in testing and validating technology solutions for financial advisory.
  • Provide feedback on audit and accounting AI solutions' ongoing performance.

Requirements

  • CPA license
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in consulting/advisory and compliance
  • Proven expertise in advising clients on complex financial matters across various industries
  • Proficiency in accounting and audit research tools
  • Demonstrated writing and editing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
