About the position

The Accounting Specialist at Sizemore, Inc. is responsible for providing accounting and administrative services, particularly in payroll processing, invoicing, and human resources support. Responsibilities

  • Process timecards for assigned Sizemore Payroll Location(s).
  • Act as intermediary between employee and Human Resources, as needed.
  • Assist with on-boarding activities for assigned Sizemore Payroll Location(s), as needed.
  • Responsible for timely completion of revenue cycle for assigned Sizemore Billing Location(s).
  • Address client reporting needs.
  • Code supplier invoices for assigned Sizemore business area(s).
  • Assist with general office activities including petty cash, maintaining supply levels, and sustaining a clean office.
  • Drive a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Help to enforce Sizemore's policies and procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree required (or two years of experience may be substituted for degree with HS Diploma or equivalent).
  • Prior experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
  • Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy when dealing with others.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in stressful and time-sensitive situations.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and process information with accuracy and clarity.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
  • Proficient with MS Office programs.
  • Experience with Workday software is a plus.
