Responsibilities

• Manage the AR mailbox
• Allocate cash receipts
• Balance customer accounts
• Work directly with clients
• Utilize NetSuite software for data entry
• Assist with billing in the Ariba customer portal
• Perform contract data entry
• Ensure data accuracy across multiple systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Experience as an Accounting Associate in the SAAS Industry preferred
• Experience with NetSuite Software
• Experience with Salesforce
