Responsibilities

• Handle the billing and invoicing process for service billing.
• Gather necessary information from internal teams for accurate invoicing.
• Maintain billing records and update customer accounts as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies or issues.
• Address customer inquiries regarding billing matters and provide timely responses.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and accounts receivable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
