As an Accounting Supervisor, you'll oversee daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data entry. You'll work closely with the Corporate Accountant to assist with month-end and year-end closing processes and support the year-end audit. In this role, you'll establish and maintain accounting processes aligned with the company's goals, always keeping a continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities

• Supervise Daily Accounting Activities: Oversee and ensure the accuracy, quality, and transparency of daily accounting functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, credit card transactions, and financial reporting.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, mentor, and supervise the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Process Improvement & Implementation: Develop, document, and revise accounting processes and procedures with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Month-End & Year-End Close: Assist the Corporate Accountant in preparing and executing month-end and year-end close processes.
• Project Management & Special Initiatives: Lead or participate in special accounting projects as directed by the Controller.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
• Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all accounting activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Fostering a Positive Culture: Act as a culture champion within the department, upholding Dynamic's core values.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the accounting department and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with an accounting focus.
• 3-5 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year of prior supervisory experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree, CPA, or CMA certification.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in accounting.
