About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Agent to join our dynamic team at CoHo Services. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a finance professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. The AP/AR Agent will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. In this role, you will be tasked with coding and inputting invoices, preparing weekly and monthly check runs, reconciling vendor statements, and resolving discrepancies. You will perform accounts payable and accounts receivable billing functions, reimburse petty cash, and file paid invoices. Maintaining a safe working environment is also a key responsibility. The position requires a commitment to compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as a professional appearance and conduct at all times. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Washington or Oregon. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and development within a collaborative work environment. Responsibilities

  • Code and input invoices

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of accounts payable/receivable experience

  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Adept at managing pressure and meeting deadlines
