The job consists of managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Candidates must have prior accounting experience and possess excellent communication skills, as the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members is crucial. Our client is looking for a smart, team player with a great attitude to join their group, emphasizing that fit within the team is very important. The normal working hours for this position are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in a beautiful office located in Hoover, AL. The company also conducts criminal and drug screenings as part of the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Maintain financial records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of experience in accounts payable preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in accounts receivable preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
