The Accounts Receivable/Invoicing Specialist position is a temporary role based in Gulf Shores, Alabama, with the potential for a permanent transition. The role focuses on managing accounts receivable and invoicing for commercial and water damage projects, requiring a background in construction and proficiency in relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and invoicing for various commercial and water damage projects
• Work with Excel for data entry and tracking
• Learn and adapt to new systems and programs as needed
• Provide support for invoicing tasks using industry-related software

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with Excel and the ability to quickly learn new software
• Background in construction is required
• Experience with Xactimate or restoration is a huge plus
