About the position

Aya Healthcare is seeking a professional and driven Administrative Assistant for a 13-week contract opportunity in Santa Barbara, CA. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day functions of the Finance department in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support the day-to-day functions of the Finance department.
  • Perform supplier edits in Oracle.
  • Conduct data entry tasks.
  • Triaging phone calls.
  • Order supplies as needed.
  • Open and distribute mail.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • 1 year of experience in Finance Administrative Support (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • 1 year of experience with Oracle.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience with Oracle is a huge plus.
  • Collaborative work style with AP Staff.
