About the position

The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Assistant at Kemco Facilities Services is responsible for supporting the Finance and Purchasing departments through various administrative tasks. This entry-level position involves invoicing, reconciling revenue and expenses, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable management, all while maintaining high-quality work standards and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and transferring them as necessary.
  • Invoicing Service Orders to Clients via email and web portals.
  • Entering and reconciling revenue and expenses to Davisware daily.
  • Assisting the AR & AP managers with weekly tasks and monthly close.
  • Assisting with the purchasing of supplies and parts as needed.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.

Requirements

  • General understanding and/or experience with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with Davisware Global Edge is a plus.
  • Ability to work well independently and with others.
  • Strong adherence to deadlines.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Very high-quality work standards.
  • Ability to multitask.
