About the position

The Accounts Payable Clerk/Customer Service role at Link Logistics Inc. is a full-time position focused on managing vendor payments and providing customer service support. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the daily operations of the Service Center, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable processes and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage accounting email inboxes
  • Approve, enter and upload AP invoices into CW (accounting software)
  • Review AP statements for accuracy and discrepancies
  • Manage vendor approvals and enter vendor information into CW
  • Issue and mail AP checks to vendors
  • Monitor and manage customer service email inbox
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding shipping, tracking, and service issues
  • Assist customers with problem resolution and escalate issues if necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and data analysis tools
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Word
  • Minimum of 1+ year AP experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Cargowise knowledge is a plus
