  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing, demonstrating good knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation
  • Handle pressure to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Maintain concentration and focus to meet performance goals including time management
  • Operate multiple windows and tabs on a computer while remaining diligent throughout the day
  • Provide real-time assistance to client employees through live chat, resolving issues related to invoice processing
  • Respond to vendor emails, addressing and resolving inquiries related to invoice processing
  • Utilize nSAP, vSAP, and PeopleSoft systems to manage and process invoices
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets and word documents to support accounts payable activities
  • Troubleshoot issues related to invoice processing and escalate as necessary
  • Handle inter-office communications related to accounts payable
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing of all invoices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve invoice processing issues independently
  • Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience working with SAP systems (nSAP and/or vSAP) and PeopleSoft
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing excellent service
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to add and remove information in cells, highlight and format cells, add and delete rows, navigate between cells and tabs within the same file, and perform basic cell formatting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
